TIME TAUGHT ME A LOT...




I learnt to be secretive,
As revealing my true soul had hit me back,

I learnt to be subtle,
As being too sensitive had rotten my heart.

Yes, my beliefs were uprooted by time,
Yet I learnt to accept new perspectives.

Yes, my dreams were broken by societal norms,
Yet I followed my passions with Zeal,

I had gone all topsy-turvy in life,
Yet that’s the reason I am standing upright today.

AN OUTBURST...

I am sure most of you have celebrated a lot of Birthday parties in their childhood. And you remember the time when we used to decorate our rooms with balloons for such parties. In my case, I had a small gang of kids for doing this task of inflating balloons and we used to compete as whose balloon would be larger, and in doing so I always used to fill the balloon with more and more air, using all my efforts. Actually as kids we give our soul into the things we enjoy , & it was similar, no matter how hard it was to blow a big balloon, I tried it with all my heart. And sometimes during this process the balloon got filled beyond its threshold limit and burst out making a large bang and all the kids present used to laugh on it. And we all used to enjoy even bursting the balloons this way. “LOVE”: an overrated crap... isn’t it?

I think my Love is lost. I searched Him in your eyes, I searched Him in your touch, But nowhere He was found, Neither in your heart, nor in your words. I thought He must be hiding behind your truthful soul, But the path to your soul was not open for me anymore. And now without Love my life is not the same, As gradually one thing I came to understand: The “Love” that I lost is an overrated crap, Whose “fairy tales” & “soulmate sagas” are just here to trap. And behind these traps, lie an unknown fact, That “Love” is an eternal soul with feelings intact. And just as any other soul, it just exists, And once in touch, it’s hard to resist. So, this soulful Love is without any form, And for our human mind it’s beyond the norm.
